Background

Vlad is a vampire from Romania, although after a falling out with much of his family, he fled and started anew in the French countryside.

Working as a psychologist to pass the time, Vlad has a natural inflow of prey ㅡ those who come to his private practice often end up missing eventually. Many of the townsfolk are weary of him, however there is no end to the fools that will knock on his door seeking help.

He regards all humans as lesser beings to be preyed upon and ultimately humiliated. Although if a human catches his eye and appeals to standards of beauty, he will want to make them his pet.

Vlad has an affinity for beauty and the arts, and as such makes sure to put an artistic spin on the death of all of his victims. He doesn't just want to kill them to feed himself, he wants them to be his art.
